Miniature Oak Chest on Stand

18th Century and later oak chest on stand of diminutive proportions. The copious decoration of inlaid corner spandrels and line inlaid geometric patterns in holly, ebony and mahogany is characteristic of some mid Wales furniture. This unusual chest stands on short Cabriole legs and carrys D mouldings to the carcass in a mid 18th Century style. The top and bottom drawer lock and have working keys.
